No change in Dangal’s release date, Dec 16 it is
The PK star has confirmed that his upcoming film Dangal will keep its Christmas, date with the audience
Aamir Khan's Mahavir Phogat biopic will open as scheduled on December 23, two days before Christmas.
The actor confirmed this today in Ludhiana on the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial.
Last week, trade was abuzz that Dangal has been advanced by a week to December 16.
It wasn’t something that would have worried Aamir--- but it would have thrown the YRF honcho Aditya Chopra’s grand release plans of his Ranveer-Vani starrer Befikre off gear. Befikre hits theatres on December 9 on Aditya's daughter Adira’s first birthday.
With this confirmation from Aamir, Aditya can rest assured of 2 weeks of clear run at the box-office before Aamir’s big ticket project sets its foot in.
